We use your message and contact details only to reply to you and to discuss the matter you raised, including any possible cooperation. We do not sell personal information and do not use it for advertising. We keep correspondence for as long as needed for that purpose and to keep a record of our business dealings, and then delete it.
This website does not collect any data from research participants or language learners. Any data produced by the SonaXR instrument in a study or program is handled under a separate written agreement with the institution or organization concerned, under its ethics or review-board approval and the participants' consent, and is not covered by this notice.
We share personal information only with service providers that help us run the website and our email, under their own data-protection terms, or where the law requires it.
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it, by emailing kenneth@sonaxr.com. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under local law, including the right to complain to a data-protection authority.
SonaXR is based in the United States, and information you send us is processed in the United States.
